Best thing to do is phone up a motorsport company who have similar things to Demon Tweeks, they can set up the car for you rather than everyone who buys Cups, it will make a big difference. -Rob

The salvage yard said once a particular amount of damage was done to the car, ie not much could be salvaged the cars are set at £500. Im going there soon to see what bits i can nab, ideally any intact wheels and the Cup spoiler, which would total over £500. One advantage is they had no idea the...

Depends if you consider a 172 engine and brakes a full conversion. I saw a wrote off Clio Cup (850miles on the clock) with bits of its engine and a working gearbox. Total price for whole car was £500...If you look around theres bargains to be had. -Rob

Yeah remember big brake kits will more likely give a worse feel through the pedal.. From my experience the Cups brakes were pretty fab, apart from in the wet where it was actually rather scary, all part of the fun though! -Rob

lol cool, but i dont see the point. The only reason to buy an old ugly french shed was for its Turbo potential, youd have to be loaded to tune the 172 engine to the same point, and then theres the extra weight. -Rob
