the ramcharger kit for the lowr 1.6 model is very very loud. in fact its louder than a magnex exhaust and the vipers ive heard. they are releasing it for the 172 soon so maybe its an option for you.

wont make that much difference on a 1.2 its not liek theres a lot of power there anywasy. go for the 17s if u want style i rekon

i like the atomo kit...but the psg is more agressive looking IMO, have u thought about the carzone kit?

what about ktec?

the silvervision r good. but the blue vision which i replaced for all the bulbs sidelights and my main lights too are a waste of money IMO...they look the same to me...

main problems with this idea is the start up and shutdown times i.e.. u will need a quick processor to reduce times. then u have to think about using the pc in the car, u do realise if you go over a harsh bump you co do major damage to the system etc...playing cds will skip and you will have to...

get a 1.6! theyre nippy enough and are still fairly cheap to buy and insure 110bhp standard + they are the rarest dynamique!

surely the grou[p n ecu only caters for a specific type of car. whats the likely hood yours will match it exactly? i rekon unlikely...best off having it all remapped. or finding out the group n ecu setup and trying to match that :confused:

yeah i think people take that part a little too seriously. NOt sure how good it is but, it doesnt make the engine run lean and sounds good. Looks good in engine bay and ultimately i think it would make an improvement over the standard air box.,

unless u have them blended i dont believe they r bonded...

ive got a nearly atomo kitted, but currently ramcharged, 40mm dropped 1.6. shes on standard lloys for now but im also having the ktec 4"slashcut exhaust fitted sometime this month. doubt mine is most powerful, as i heard some1 on here has had theyre cams done...come on ...own up!!

maybe a magnex is the option then. i dont want mine too loud either, my IK is already well loud. sigh

i heard ktec can add extra baffle to quiet it down if u want but unsure ab out this on the new shape clios!?!

yeah the magnex is pretty big, im gonna go with the 4"slash cut fromm ktec and was a little worried about the back box showing so ive got a rear valance to help hide it, maybe thats an option for u?? 172 rear vaalnce with the cut out to help hide it away!?!?

so is the superchip another chip remmaped to increase performance then? sounds like the powerenginnering option is more advisable remapping ur current chip optimally. doesnt this have problems with idling and can u do it to a 1.6?

thats looks brilliant...wonder if u can chanfe the other display with clock and temperature on it to blue too?!? heard they were orange bulbs not using a film so u need to change the actual bulbs... not sure what ones thoug...
