Lots of people use Bilberry Wheel Clearer so would give that a shot to keep them clean however, if you project them with wheel specific sealant they will only need warm soapy water to clean them next time.
I've got the same colour clio as yours allbeit it isn't a trophy ive had good results...

Awesome, I was a little put of with there being no records of the first cambelt change and with the Second due this year was just another cost on top of it. Had some scratches down the side as well IIRC.

Some pics here of running 25mm on the rear. nice poke, but when lower the arch rubs the tyre and causes to strip the tyre wall. Just watch for that mark.

You wont need to know about them, but the suspension unit will still have to come out for the new springs to go on the front. the rears are Piss easy though if your just doing the springs.
Spacers will give the car more stance and push the wheels out further giving a bigger impact and more...
