I know a couple of the 1.2 boys have had their cars rolling roaded, have any of you had it done whilst standard to compare? Mines being checked (for free wahey!) this afternoon, wondering how close they are to the 75bhp. Whats the ATWs and flywheel figures.

I think its fair to say everyone on here is an enthusiast, so we all would like to make suspension changes which are driver entertainment biased, though there is a mix as some people like it purely for cosmetic reasons. I will be getting coilovers for the Cup when i get it, purely because i...
Manufactures have to look at the customer base, and they have to compromise performance for comfort. Many people fit coilovers to their cars thinking it will be the dogs but they dont realise the coilovers are designed for track use, on the road this converts to skittish, unfriendly and nervous...
My journey to work is only about 3 miles, but ive racked up over 11,000 in my 8 months of ownership which cant help my cars value, time for a bus pass
They do 0-60 in around 8.2 so i wouldnt be suprised if your 17s account for that. Theyre pretty quick really, probably why they form the base of so many cosworth fakes but they dont handle well from what ive been told.

Sounds like i will have competition cupsize!

You forgot im now 18 :(

How will you do that..copy what theyve done with the N racer? Arent you worried about reliablity..or the fact you have a cup and it will be beaten by a 1.6?
Are those wheels the same ones used on the pre production V6s? Bit of an anorak question lol
Its understandable, obviously there is no reason why something should go wrong with a servicing but for all Renault know you could of gone to a cowboy place which didnt bother checking a load of stuff which might cause the knock on effect of something going wrong with the car, and Renault would...
