all depends which plates are on the car mate, are they the original ones? If so to drive on public road with normal plates but personal plate on tax disc could be classed as illegal. Whos still the registered keeper? When i put my private plate on, it took around a week from sending my old V5...
Yeah, once the transfer is complete a new tax disc will be issued through the post (to whoever is still registered keeper) and then the old one will simply be cancelled and useless.
probably unplugged the supply to the centre console mate. Not sure where it is located but have a look up behind and see if you can spot a loose plug/socket arrangement.
if you think its wicked then go for it mate, its your car and taste etc... but on here theres not much thought about body kits in my experience.

Yes. All our HID systems are CE approved and E4 certificated in all safety, E.M. emmission and performance specifications.
This means that they are road legal. There is a lot of confusion regarding the legality of HID systems...
if you need the washer jets to be legal, then howcome the companies above sell their kits and are said to be road legal and will not fail you MOT etc but no mention of the jets? Also arent xenons meant to be auto height adjusting to prevent dazzling oncoming drivers?? :confused:
its a gas discharge lighting, as in the gas burns producing the light. Where as normal halogen lamps are a filament which glows white hot producing the light. The xenon light is much clearer, crisp whitey/blue discharge whereas the tungsten often glows a bit yellowy.

majorb - You can go as dark as you want on the rear screen, as you can on the rear sides. Its just the front sides where youre supposed to stal legal, ie 35% tint (or wotever it is)
