best thing to do is get a new h/u to iso lead cut speaker wires on said lead in middle take the ones from h/u side to input of cross over then from the woofer output on cross over to the ones on the iso side install new cable from tweeter output on cross over to new tweeter

on my htc hd2 the digitiser and lcd were glued together you can get just digitisers but they are a c**t to change
