That's the thing about insurance. You hope never to have to claim but it relies on that one time you do. I've personally claimed twice on two separate IPhones. I certainly couldn't afford to shell out £500 for a new one. That said I get my cover free with work.

How come you have had the tracking done but the steering wheel isn't straight? Wheel bearing maybe? Is the noise specific to any part of the car?

Hmm maybe it's more than 1-1.5k but it is defo idling too high on start up. I will have to double check on next start up.

So upon starting the car up cold I have issues with idle. It seems to hold at around 1-1.5k then after a little bit of driving and the engine getting warm, it settles back down. It recently went into Renault with the only fault code showing was the upstream lambda. I've yet to change this but...
