i couldnt afford to go on my own insurance at 17 on a little 1.2 clio so i was an 'additional driver' on my mums policy ;), only had my own insurance for coming up to a year so have only the one year no claims

well ive just done another quote with mom, dad and grandad on as additional drivers and got it down to £1100 which i think is really good for my age as i only have 1 years no claims! chuffed is an understatement

yeah i know, willing to pay it though fed up of being in a really underpowered car lol

thankyou for all that information when i say cheap insurance its still around £1600 lol. yeah ive already made up a list in my head of what i want to do after seeing the projects on here! defiantly some saving needs to be done.

Hi all, im going to be buying a 182 within 2 months time max, as i can now finally get cheap enough insurance (just turned 19) :clap:. Just asking a few questions to see what to look at.. with my budget im probably looking at getting one with between 60k and 85k miles. how long do they go...
