There's a bit more to it than that. Costs for general maintenance, what if the boiler packs up etc.... Plus there will be ground rent, maintenance charges etc.... The maintenance charge that the landlord of my old rented flat was paying around 1k per annum.
I've no idea where you live? But you're going to need a £20k deposit to get a £60k mortgage, as you say you earn under £20,000 a year. So what would £80,000 (your £20k deposit, £60k mortgage) get you?
Where I live it wouldn't even get me a one bedroom flat in a council estate.

I understand what you're saying, but it is a bit of a bargain. I've driven the 200 (round Cadwell) and I was impressed with it. Or maybe I keep my R27 and get a Twingo Cup?

I'm actually quite tempted to speak to a dealer about...
I spent ages looking for the treasure at Hangman's Rock. Could I find it? Like f**k could I!
I have however found another piece of avatar clothing, a red dead redemption t-shirt, I found it some burnt out place with cannons outside.
I've got Forza2, but never bothered with 3, as I have so many games that I've bought and haven't yet got round to playing. However I've seen Forza 3 for just under 13 quid at Asda. Is there much of a difference between 2 and 3?
Or is it more like a Football Manager 2009 to Football Manager...
Was just looking at the configuration page on the Seat website. What are the difference between racing brakes and the standard setup? As they're 1100 quid more.
