There was a good article floating about for dash off, but I couldnt find it on the site.
Basically there's 3 or 4 screws that run along the vent on the top of the dash under the windscreen. They all need to be undone.
Then open the doors and to the side there are 1 or 2 screws each side...
£1500 is not an unusal quote for a minor bump from a Main garage. If there is bodywork under the bumper that needs sorting, the bumper replacing or painting. £1000-£1500 is average for a car less than 5 years old in a minor fender bender IMHO.

That sucks for you mate.
TBH you need to have a proper look at your car. I once knew a bird with a KA and she smacked someone up the arse. She and her family saw NO damage whatsover, but when months later she got someone to look at it, there were bits underneath the bonnet bodywork wise that...
The best bit was when I went to pick it up, and they said

They spoke to RUK Technical ppl and they called/emailed France and after some translating a new fix is apparently on its way to ACTIS for the 182...
Took mine in with grinding sounds this morning on full lock and a bit of a rattley suspension issue.
Just took a call from the service bloke...he said that they got in touch with Renault, who emailed France, who emailed back, and said there is a fix entailing replacing the strut tops...
