Ermmm from my limited understanding you hold it at launch Revs...whatever you think that should be dependent on the surface (wet=less revs). Then you just sidestep the clutch.
As you you dont raise it, you sidestep it. Clutch pedal jumps up, car launches. Difficult.
I went into Renault booked in for pads only about 2000 miles ago.
They had told me that at my 12k service the pads were at 60% so I figured I'd be due them around 20k and I wasnt entirely happy with the braking. So I went to Renault but they called me into the workshop got me to have a look...
Went to Caxton today for the service...wallets a bit lighter :o
Most people know/know of Andy, first time of meeting him today he's a top bloke.
I'll do the negative first....It was a bit cold in the workshop.
Onto positives...
- I got a cuppa rosie
- I watched Andy etc work
- I got new...
It was an option to have Cup suspension pack.
If you took the option, you got anthracite wheels.
If you didnt you get silver wheels.
I dont know of ANYONE going from anthracite to silver, so I'd assume its not got the Cup suspension pack.
Do they charge extra at all? For the extra length?
I mean if I were to order the viper from say K-tec how would I go about getting the extra length?

I think you may get more takers if you advertise a definite price TBH. If its cheap enough you may get people buying in advance, which is what you will need to fulfill a 50tyre order!
My understanding always was that the 182 isnt 182bhp anyway, its 182ps (?) which is a European measurement, translating into 179bhp.
With the loss from the fly to the wheels I always expected it to be around 140bhp ATW.
TBH, I'm not surprised.
Having thought about it though, its a sad state of affairs whena new something is rattling around and the owner thinks it odd but kind of reluctantly accepts it.
