Looks like nothing, apart from the chip.
Some good info here > http://venturebeat.com/2012/03/07/apple-tv-3-impressions-what-took-so-damn-long/
what is annoying, is that ATV2 could read 1080p, but downscaled it.
So realistically, it hasn't really changed.
The interface does look very basic...
Doesn't seem an amazingly polished interace, it does seem that the only advantage is 1080p, I don't think that's enough for me to buy one.
Wonder if they recalled lots and just changed some of the inside..... shame.
:)
Handy, but not greater.
Steeper learning curve, if you don't have a manual and or google, commands are relatively hard within reason.
With a gui point and click.
I know you won't admit it, but a gui can be much quicker. ;)
For those who are trying to install it on VMware workstation and getting a license error, un-mount the floppy drive and run the install again, it should be fine.
I think it's ok, just a bit weird, doesn't seem to flow in regards to navigation. Very geared towards touch screen.
Bully,
Their tech support are ok if you phone them up, I sometimes find it hard to understand them though.
Do you have hosting as well?
I use 1and1 for domains, but use the hosting somewhere else, as I found their hosting somewhat shocking (about 2 years ago)
What options do you have on...
Can't have that many cables, surely?
How you going to run the cable down?
Make sure if you're drilling through, that you don't go through any pipes/cabling, very easy to do !!
G.
It is a manual you wrote? Or a manual from a product? Ah no, you're a estate agent aren't you.
If it's a generic one, I am sure you can find that document online, if not, Adobe pro or similar has OCR, but the quality won't be great.
:)
Ah cool.
My colleague just bought a synlogy 712+ and 2 x 3TB drives @ £155 each (YIKES), as well as a Mac Mini, 64GB SSD and 8GB of RAM, going to use it as a media centre.
The MicroServer is great, I have a boxed one at work (the older one) which I am going to use with my 2 x ML110 G6's for a...
Typed document? As in a document that has been written in word, printed and then you want to type on it?
Why you doing that?
There are some OCR products out there, but it's a bit of a hit and miss to be honest.
What is it you are trying to achieve, there might be an alternative?
Nice case. The issue is sound I think for most people, unless you stash it in the loft with your other equipment, which is not always a feasible option.
What software you using for recording?
You have quite a lot of stuff, that is a huge amount of data.
The other issue is the cost of HD's at...
Good advice if you want to save money. Smoothwall is very good and I know some large organisations that use them. Our Sonicwall Firewalls are rather expensive but effective.
Raid 5 :s crikey, I would try and avoid that if possible.
Bringing in your NAS? Could get lost/stolen/damaged on the way.
There are a lot of options, I have not read through all of the thread but I would try and research as much as possible.
Splitting the network is a good idea, really...
The lag was removed by changing from a live wallpaper to a standard one, which I do not understand as on the SII it's very smooth. Getting more used to this now, but going to take a while.
Zencart / opencart /virtuemart / magento commnity = you install them on your own hosting package, so you look after not only adding the products but the maintenance of the software and in some respects the security.
Bigcommerce / volusion / magento go = this is software as a service (Saas) you...
