    Hi, How can I back this up? Normally, on a local installation of outlook, I would go into the profile and backup the .nk2 extension How could I do this on Citrix, or shall I just give up? Have a corrupt users profile, but they don't want to lose that. Any info grateful

    I didn't have apple care and it got replaced. That is dangerous, so you should be ok. Bought my MBP in November and I don't have one of those new charges.

    BT have some good pricing. 10mb for the price of 5. if signed up to a 3 year contract, no hardware costs, no installation costs. 8k per annum., 5 year = 7.6k per annum. Subject to survey of course.
