Is it worth it? how hard is it to go about? oh and expensive?
with direct line @ 18 on my 1.2 16v 2005 clio.
I think this is a good price, couldnt get a cheaper quote. Only starts on the 30th of august but i bought it now to secure the 0% finance.
The major down side is that modifications arnt allowed.
But there is vandalism cover, uninsured driver...
Bloody ABS sensor in my car has broken again. Only 8 months after i got it repaired last time. Aswell as creaking steering wheel and rattling trim.

my girlfriends mums got a clio dci 80 dynamique that she borrows. We went to the trafford centre in manchester yesterday which is basically dual carriageway and motorway, so i reset the trip computer to see what mpg it would do. Going 70ish down the motorway for 20miles including parking up etc...
Went to my girlfriends dads wedding in worchester about 20 miles outside of birmingham, the pics don't realy do the area justice it was very hilly and had brilliant roads. Coming from a pretty urban area i don't drive it twisties often and I was loving it. My opinion on driving has changed over...

How do you guys finance your cars? Bank loan, renault finance, Contract hire etc, i looked into financing a dynamique TCE pre reg £9500 with £4000 deposit and they wanted £149 a month over 60 months and i still wouldnt own the car  , personal loan worked out £185 a month for 3 years then...
How do you find them on a day to day basis, especially interested i people who have previously owned a mk 2, i'm on about non sport realy but 197 owners feel free to comment.
I test drove a dci 86 and TCE the other day and liked them, especially the TCE.
My question is can you see yourself...
Test drove a dci 86 dynamique and the 1.2 TCE today, loved the feel of the cars, much better drive than my mk2 in terms of ride comfort etc. I wanted a drive of the dci 106 but they didnt have one. I found the 86 was a bit faster than my 1.2 16v thanks to the extra torque, the TCE was a great...
I want an induction kit simply for the induction roar which i realy like, the problem is i'm limited to panel filters because i'm going to be insured with direct line soon who don't insure mods for under 21's. I need go with them though because they are so cheap compared to others.

It looks like i'm going to have to pay circa £1600 F/C for my 1.2 16v which tbh i think is rediculous. Its a slow car thar isnt worth very much, i drive 7000 miles a year, its not modified in any way.
Then to realy take the p**s i will get stupid quotes of £3000+ and then the cheecky b**tards...
I'm 18 (well on thursday) Have been driving since september. Have a years ncb on a scooter. In a cat D postcode. Driving a 1.2 16v clio extreme 4 on a 55 plate. approx 8000 miles per year.
What would you consider a fair price for insurance, like a target price. I know obviously you cant give...
It looked stunning 53 plate in blue was very clean, must say they have must more road presence than a 172ff imo they just look more agressive, full fats look like a dynamique imo not that i would say no to one though love them but the cup made me look twice.
Saw it at the top of my close...
"cheap car insurance for new and young drivers" "we take into account ncb from scooters or bikes"
my quote at 17 6 months licence , 1ncb from my scooter on my 55 plate 1.2 16V.
£2500 tptf
What a rip could get a 172 insured for not much more than that.
Who here has an air conditioned glove box?
My car has the hole where the glove box can be air conditioned blocked off with a blue cap. My car is a 2005 extreme 4 same spec as the campus sport.

Is it simple a...
Just got my new laptop today. I had limewire on my old pc but didnt care about it getting virus's etc. Which is the safest program to use, I may not use an atall if the risks are too high.
Thanks
Brett

On the upside i...
When i put the passanger side window down on my car the passanger side door speaker goes off. This doesnt happen on the drivers side so my question is why does it do this? Its obviously a design feature but for what purpose?

well as the title says my nuvi 200 is broken, it wont pick up a satlite and my question is should i change it for a tomtom one? or get it replaced with another nuvi.
Well at the title says what are approximate times for a 1.2 16v to get to 100 i know the sports are around 17 but i was wondering what my 1.2 16v does it in. and before people says who cares its a 1.2 etc i'm just wondering i dont think its fast or anything..........
Some Ba*stards let down 3 of my tires when i was at work last night (Mc Donalds) Luckily they arn't slashed but still i had to get a mate to drive home for a pump then get enught air in to get me to a garage which luckily is next door but they where completely flat so cudnt get there without...
For £99.99 had a choice between that and the tomtom one, the guy recomended the nuvi so i followed his advice as i have heard that garmin are good. think i made the right choice? are garmin better than tomtom?
I have a extreme 4 1.2 16v and it doesnt have the rear speakers like the dynamique does and i was looking at fitting some. does anyone know if it has the wiring there, its a 55 plate extreme 4 which is identical to the campus's so its not a rare model. If anyone knows this would be great.
