Gotta get me an mx5!!
So, not washed the car for months, thinking to just snowfoam, proper wash but no clay etc and wondering at what stage to put it on?
I may just prefoam, rinse, wash with mitt, rinse, dry, and perhaps Tripple, persume I do it after Tripple, or miss the Tripple out altogether?
So I've followed the guide so far:
Wiper arms removed -
Scuttle panel removed -
Which bits of the wiper arm mech do we need to undo to remove it? Done the obvious 3 bolts (2 in middle of car one on the right), what's next, removing the screw that attaches it to the motor to get the mech out...
I don't have a better place to upload it sorry - https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10153498430655557&saved
Ignore the double camera thing - never use the camera and couldn't find how to turn the s**tty thing off.
Anyway - what do you reckon it could be? It's the tinny noise, sounds a bit...
Saw both on the way to work this morning, the Williams looked very tidy.
The Megane on the other hand, couldn't really tell as it was right up my arse the whole way through my journey, so thanks for that.
Is there an easy way to tell which it would be?
I presume it's power steering, as it's only whining when low speeds around tight corners (though probably normal right?)
I took it up to Fred's for a service a couple of months back, was going to get the Aux done (as its been 3 years now) but he...

Hey guys, doing a search now, but not returned much so far!
I haven't seen any cars recently fail on this, and as far as I'm aware they didn't need to be physically working just there (maybe this a new thing I don't know?)
Anyway - both my Nearside and Offside headlamp washers failed due to...
Being released in the US for about $20, so not too bad at all!
What do you guys think, does it have any applications in the detailing world? Looks impressive!
A few from today, got so so many more but slowly going through them all.
Not really proud of many of them - hadn't used my camera in a while and didn't have time to read up again so some of the colours are off as I took them way too dark (and subsequently fixed them as best as I could in...
A friend needs his doing, garage have quoted him £170 - does that seem reasonable? Did a quick search and didnt find any answer!
I have no idea personally.
So, anyone deal with them or invest in them?
Crazy to see that 1 BTC (bitcoin) was worth $2 this time last year, currently now worth $190...
Some people are making some huge profits here!
Started mining LTC (litecoins) myself, will get around 4-5 a day, currently worth around $4 each!
I seem to get a clicking noise, sounds to be from or by the Throttle inlet when I initially open the throttle - anyone any clues as to what it could be?
It only clicks once :S
Seems fine otherwise! I noticed it yesterday when coming down the gears.
I've got keychain camera, it's decent for the money and is full 720p @ 30fps.
However, I'm thinking the microphone on it is kinda pants - just tried catching the exhaust note of the Yozza and failed!
Here's the video:
Any suggestions?
It's positioned just on the bumper with some velcro...
Anyone any ideas?
Can't hear the motor at all, so presume it's that, or are there any fuses specific to that door?
I'm going to try & lock it with the key now so I guess that will tell me if it's working at all, or if it's a central locking fault?
edit; Doesn't work when I lock the...
So I was just checking fluids and pressures of everything before setting off on a journey - noticed the water level is JUST below min, so had a quick look around and there's some residue around the thermostat housing - how is this sealed - purely just by the Thermostat or is there a housing...
Weirdly enough I was listening to some really dirty dubstep and this popped up on my recommended, I guess they go hand in hand.
The starting sound is the best I think, beefy as f**k!
(Probably a repost, sorry if it is).
