Bit of an update:
Removed all the interior, including carpets, took out the foam and sound deadening, decided to stick the carpet back in for now until the interior is painted.
Half way through the front
Finished
Also stripped down the brembos, including the pots. Managed to get a block of...
Just read through and looks like you're making good progress. I'm only down the road (Salisbury), currently building a track 182 myself for next year.
Lead Foot Racing in Larkhill can install or build you a cage, seen some of there fabrication and it's impressive, good bunch of guys too!
I had 300mm brembos for it, got them refurbished black and hadn't fitted them when I sold the car.. the new owner didn't want them though.

Cheers for the comments.
I did spot you'd bought a LY182, looks very good mate! You're braver than me driving a yellow clio!
This clio is suppose to be a cheap winter car, but I can't see that happening some how.

So 3 weeks ago I bought an Artic Blue 182 as a run about while I store my M3 for winter. This is now my 4th clio after owning a 172 and 2 other 182's.
The clio was previously owned by a friend, therefore I know it's been looked after. On 65k and only mods consisting of a miltek, bilstien...
Thanks for the comments. Ive just ordered some silver bullets.. ive decided the trophy stcikers are coming off, but didnt want to do it in the pouring rain today.
Regarding the brakes, ive all the new parts ready, including some genuine pins, the calipers are bear, waiting to be sent off to...
Pictures of wheel discolouring, taken with a phone so hard to see, but around the centre cap is the most obvious.
So, dropped the wheels off at the wheel specalist in Fareham, went for titanium silver. Sealed with C5 and fitted with 15mm front spacers and 10mm rears, with longer, TPI...
They were done at The Wheel Specialist - Fareham, that's where they are going back for the refurb. I will try grab a photo before they go, weirdly, it's only the front wheels that have discoloured.
The front wheels have started to discolour slightly, they have gone slighty green and really stand out against the centre caps, which is really bugging me. I've decided to go titanium silver, but will be looking for a second set soon for some r888
Picking up from Where Ash-J left off.. Can see his thread here: http://www.cliosport.net/threads/ashers-bg-182.773952/page-3
Picked the car up off Ash in December Last year and have a few minor things to do and wanted to keep a project file going.
First minor thing was to add a aluminium rest...
Yokohama AD08r's are brilliant in the dry and ok in the wet! I would definitely recommend. Alternatively, R888's would be another good option, but as above, think there might be an underlying issue.
Look after her Matt, I know you will.
Missing the car so much already 😞
Look forward to seeing what you do to it. I approve of all the mods on your list, except from changing the door cards and rear bench  look forward to seeing some 197 Brembo's behind those wheels.
The...
Guys I have taken this wonderful car off Ash, and can assure all it is in good hands. The car is just incredible to drive, its a real credit to Ash.
I will no doubt start my own project thread, although in terms of changes, there really isn't much I want to do, just maintain it and enjoy it...
I am now coming to this, my car will be parked at home on Netherhampton Road (near the one stop) if anyone is coming from that direction, I'm cycling down but will keep an eye out for Clio's :-)
