3 years and a half of ownership, there's been more highs than lows so I'm keeping it for now :tongueclosed: some of you might have seen the car in various Mt Ventoux & Route Napoleon trips (i live in Provence).
It's probably late to start a log since the car is nearly coming like I wanted to...
Cheers Lal.
tbh the tyres are really average on dry road, and even in damp / flooded conditions. Can't wait to fit two front Exaltos (and the roads to dry...)
Wanted to go to Nice to meet someone, and wondered if it would be possible to go through the Gorges du Verdon and route Napoleon at this time of the year. The weather was sunny and windy, which would prevent too much ice forming on the road. I checked the 182 tyre pressure and oil level and was...
Well for my BG182, I'll get :
- leather Recaros
- Ultraleggera's
- GAZ or Sachs dampers
- brand new paint (same colour)
- Pure Motorsport shifter (maybe)
- full inox exhaust line (maybe)
- Brembo 4 pot calipers (maybe)
- lots of tyres, fuel and weekend trips :)

thanks Jack-C, tbh the car is far from perfect (stonechips, bumps, broken front splitter) but it looks good on the pics which is always nice.
but i love the BG because it does look stealth except for the people in the know. for example the guy with the Alpine saw it from the start ;)
enjoy yours !
yep, was there a month ago (to the west side, didn't cross the Gorges) and despite crap weather and worn tyres, I had a fantastic time.
we didn't even stop to take pictures of the Clio but I managed to take that one though :
