That Sounds like it mate, car beeps for about 50 seconds when I alarm it, indicating the bonnets open, turns out the pin/button part is missing

Renault want 91 quid plus vat for one, and they struggled find it, so I'm not convinced they have the right part, ( rang them up ) do they go by another name? Can't seem to find them on eBay or gsf, I'll go to the scrappers if need be, but I'd like a new one then I know it's in working order...

All the doors, boot and bonnet are definitely shut, what do you mean by the bonnet pin switch? The bit the bonnet pushes down? That springs up when you open it? Cheers oh and it's not from locking it to quickly cheers

When I lock my car with the key fob it does a long continuous beep for approximately 1 minute, then goes off, anyone had the same thing happen to them, and if so how do you go about fixing it? Cheers 172 cup btw
