Yeah defiantly worth trying a sample of vantage. Let us know what you think of it when you get it.
I agree bouncers can be a bit tricky to remove if it's warm or left on too long but I think the beading from bouncers 22 is very tight so that's one of the reasons why I like it.
Lots of good...
Vantage is a superb wax for the money. I payed £40 for my pot including a Bottle of blackmax which is also very impressive. Sometimes i4d have this deal on or you can get it on eBay.
I don't think britemax products really get the mention they deserve.
Last week I hand polished my car with...
Yeah plenty of parking. Pay on the gate then drive in and find a space on the hill. There wasn't an rs stand last time I went but maybe there will be this year. From what I can gather it gets busier and more popular each year and it was really busy when I went in 2012.
One thing tho the cue to...
As Amos91 said have a look for the 3M headlight kit. They can't be cleaned as such. They need to be wet sanded and polished but it's easy to do and will really freshen up the front end.
Car looks great :)
I won't be going this year but I've been in the past and it's a good day out.
Plenty of stuff to see and the track action is always good with the race/drift cars that go out. Lots of variety which is always nice.
Renault Wolverhampton who are traders on here. They are very helpful so give them a call or send them a pm/post in their section.

Yeah it does Dave. I was struggling to put my finger on exactly what it smells like but it is grapefruit.
Don't get me wrong it's not bad smelling but compared to something like bouncers 22 or even desire/illusion I'm just not sure I really like the smell of it.
Maybe it will grow on me when...

I know slightly off topic but referring to removal of abyss.
Are you using a damp applicator? I had a few issues with application and removal initially but now I use a damp microfibre applicator and I can do the whole side of a car with one swipe and when it comes to remove it 5-10...
Eurow mfs from Costco. Good value for money and work well.
I think they are about £15 for 36 so they are defiantly worth a try and they are good quality as they are made by Eurow.
Edited my post just after you quoted it ;)
I do use citrus pre wash in a pressure sprayer and it's brilliant but for door shuts etc apc works very well and is so cheap I'd rather save my valet pro citrus just for pre washing
It will be perfectly fine. I've been using supermarket apc diluted 10:1 for years and it works very well indeed.
The one I use costs about £1 for 1 litre so its very cheap. It amazes me when people buy branded detailing apc which I think is exactly the same as the supermarket stuff.
Edit: I...
For your turinis I'd say 20mm front 15mm back but seeing as we don't know the offset for your 1.2s then I don't know if those spacers would work well with both sets of wheels.
No worries Jack. Cherry glaze is a good product and at that price it's even better. I really enjoy using it because it's just so easy to use and I find it spreads a lot better than srp and tripple. All three are good products and you won't go wrong with any of them. Just personal preference to...
Thanks for clearing that up Mendizmo. I thought I read somewhere on here ages ago that if you remove the door cards then you can get to the clips on the inside but like you say that's not necessary. Yeah mine were pretty solid aswell but came off fairly easily using my method.
Lol it is a bit daunting I must admit. I thought I was gonna break a clip or something but it was fine. At least you know how to do it if you ever fancy attempting it again. Cotton buds are a good idea and it's surprising how much dirt those door trims collect.

Another option and probably my favourite all in one is Autobrite cherry glaze. I find this really nice to use and it smells much nicer than srp or tripple which is a bonus.
It's on offer at the moment and at £6 for 500ml it's worth considering...
How I did it was, open the door and you'll see a small rubber grommet level with the door trim. Pop the grommet off with a screwdriver and you'll see a clip. Use a screwdriver to slide the whole door trim towards the rear of the car. Once you push it far enough the whole trim will come off...
I completely agree with everything you've said there Daniel. When I haven't used srp for a while it always impresses.
When you think srp can be bought for £10 for 1 litre it's very good value for money.
Ads_172, yes srp does leave a layer of protection although I'm not sure how long it lasts.
Stick with srp and when you run out then think about a change. Tripple is more popular and more in trend at the moment but srp is still a good product. I own both and they both do basically the same thing. I personally don't think it's worth changing
Britemax metal twins get very good reviews. I've got a sample of it myself but I haven't used it yet. All of my other britemax products are superb so I'm sure this will be very good.
