I'm not getting a reply from RPD, does anyone know where else I can get the 6 rear beam bolts and nuts or whether using standard 130mm high tensile bolts is ok? I'd like to keep it standard really.
Searching mine comes up with some idiot saying they've bought it and it has lots of issues and peculiar things going on under the bonnet...oh wait that was me!
Otherwise nobody seems to know my car, even had a Cliosport.net sticker in the back window when I got it giving me the false sense...
I did similar, fit the exhaust then start nibbling away at the bumper. I made a template of the cutout from a piece of card from the exhaust trim to know that I was aiming for
@Big_Steve_T did you have any problems aligning the rear beam brackets? I've heard there is a fair amount of play in the bolt holes or did you take reference measurements prior to removal?
I think I've got lucky, I've been soaking mine for a few weeks in plusgas and cleaned the threads up. Lastnight I cracked all six off without anyone holding the bolt head, pretty chuffed.
Before I strip the rear beam I want to get all the parts I'll need to replace ready, one part I cant seem to find is the metal clips that the flexi brake hoses attach into where they meet the beam bracket. What are they called and can they still be got from Renault?

That is a cracking result mate, I must pull my finger out ant get on with mine while I cant drive it. Only think holding me back is getting the beam powder coated but I might resort to Hammerite
