I run multiple VMs 24x7 at home on my HP Gen 8, in my experience if you really start to run several VMs its disk performance that really comes into play, thats why i have mine on an SSD. Granted 8GB isn't a lot, I have 16GB and unfortunately thats the Gen 8's maximum, although dynamic memory in...
lol.
These were on really good deals not too recently, but I personally don't like Lenovo / IBM servers and much prefer HP (hence why I have 2 HPs at home).
I completed it a while back, the gameplay is as good as 3 but I found the story lacking in comparison, the last 'half' of the game just seemed to come too easy and quickly.
Got my Pi 2 today, it's currently downloading all the files etc for RetroPie takes (16-20hours) but should be good to go then.
I've also got a 2nd one on order.
The Tivo has come on a long way these days and is a LOT better than it was. I'd still like to move back to Sky, but not when they can only offer 40MB internet.
I've the Black Apple Leather one, still perfect for me, the Red leather does get dirty quick (my daughter's iPad Mini has the Red Leather, I wouldn't buy Red again)
We've got this for our daughter for Christmas:

Agreed, as soon as I changed all of my servers at home to 2012 R2 was when I first bit the bullet and spent the time to get up and running on 8 (albeit it was a whole lot easier at the time with it being 8.1)
Alt + F4 at the desktop should bring up a Shutdown / Restart / Sign Out etc menu. Alternatively if you have 8.1 with update you can use the Windows Key to get you to the start screen and then click the power button in the top right hand corner as shown on my Start screen screenshot above.
Run can be accessed by right-clicking on the Windows icon or even added to the taskbar for 1 click access (which is how I do it). Like I've said god knows how many times before, if you spend a little time configuring things you don't need any add-on software to make it easy to use.

With 8.1 you don't need classic shell, you really don't. You can setup 8.1 with update so you'd hardly notice a difference between it and 7. If you go into control panel and type 'icon' you will see an option for adding common icons on the desktop which will allow you to add Computer & Control...
I've just spent a small fortune on mine, Go Pro Hero 4 Black with just about every accessory available, loving it though, great for my MTB and Road Biking, shame I didn't have it a few weeks ago in Vegas with the Camaro SS we rented.

It's unclear from the picture whether you need a full height or SFF (low profile) card, it looks to me like SFF (low profile), but something like this covers you for either option...
You just need a video card in the PCI-E slot (long black slot) to attach the second monitor to (or alternatively a video card with two outputs on it and then don't use the motherboard output)
