TBH i bought one just coz and at first thought it was a waste of money. But after playing with it, it really is an immense bit of kit. iOS 4.2 will make it a whole new device...cant wait!

Been offered a PX on my 17-85is for a sigma 10-20 and £150. Thinking about going for it as i have always wanted an ultra wide. But would also by the 50 1.8 to go with it. Alternatively was thinking about waiting and buying a 17-40 f4l. Don't really know what to do. Any help?

LOL you can tell iPhoto to make duplicates in the iphoto library or to move them from the original folder into the library. Sounds like you have got it duplicating!

Nah i dont use iPhoto. :( Currently rebuilding previews on 12000+ photos...

Since updating to 3.1 i have lost Aperture completely from ilife media browser. So i cant see my photos in anything outside of Aperture itself (e.g. desktop background, mail, iwork, ilife, etc). Tried rebuilding library and lots of other things but no help. Any ideas?

My 15" MBP 2010 sometimes says 9-10hours if i turn brightness down but i never get anywhere near that. My previous 13" seemed better too. In fact my 13 seemed quicker than this slow i5 piece of s**t lol. Sorry....im not happy with mine at the moment...
