Well i bought Need for Speed: Carbon so i have a decent racing game for when im working offshore and i've also got COD modern warfare 1 and 2. Maybe i'm expecting too much and turned the settings up too high, i need to have a play around.
C&C3 and Age of Empires 3 run fine on it as expected.
Im not terribly impressed with the graphics auto switching.
You dont actually know if its selecting the right one. Graphics seem to be a bit jerky and not as smooth as i was expecting in games as well as basic OSX visualisations? Any ideas?
Other than that, i love it, super quick at loading...
Are there any small/light point n shoot cams out there that have similar features to DSLRs.
I need something small for travelling whilst working offshore and dont think my Canon 500D is really the right thing so thinking of selling for something smaller.
Any examples would be great but...
Wouldnt really be for friends. Only me and my dad! lol. $99 seems worth it if u can get software 3/4 months in advance! Guess it'll be really buggy tho.
Re: Throttle Potentiometer - What to do?
Sorry Si, only just seen this again.
Exactly the same as me with the traction and SERV lights. Main reason I ended up selling it!
However, I did actually fix it, just as I sold it! LOL. As mentioned, I ended up getting a new ECU, which I won off eBay...
Re: Throttle Potentiometer - What to do?
Sounds exactly the same as my problem Si. Mine ended up being the ECU itself as I had someone off here spend a lot of his time checking wiring.
I was told by a Renault Mechanic that jump starting can cause the ECU to have problems such as this!
Thanks guys. I do like the 17-85 but I wish it was F4 (or lower) all the way through.
Still keep thinking about a 50mm 1.8 but I dont know if i'd ever use it if the 17-85 is always attached?
I will soon be departing for my job on a cruise ship and want to take some good photos of my travels.
Currently have a Canon 500d and Canon 17-85mm IS lens. Also have the 500d kit lens 18-55is which hasnt come out of the box.
I need some help as i dont really know what to take with me. Was...
Don't want all 4 wheels doing. Just 1 curb mark on 1 wheel.
What's the best way to go.
Obviously don't want powder coating so do people like dents away etc do single wheel touchups???
What do you need to do?
Is it as simple as buying a domain and host?
Its not for selling things online but more as an online shop window where things will be sold in person.
