Decided to take all the wiring out of the boot lid today and thread it through the outer skin of the shell to tidy it all up but found this cable and connector on both sides that's not actually doing anything...
Some sort of option?
Can I cut it off?
Awesome reply. Thank you.
No leaks from what I can see. Maybe one is "looser" than the other tho?
Also pushing down on the boot, should the movement stop after one rebound because mines doing it in two.
Currently trying to dodge the rain to fit Cooksports.
Both bottom shock bolts out, one shock extends making a "kaleidoscope" noise and one seems solid....
One of them knacked?
Did the track rod ends about a year ago. Front shocks were done about 2 years ago and I've got Solid top mounts and Cooksports waiting to go on so will defo need alignment.
Tie rods worth doing? Difficult? Expensive? Lol
Only just reading about the "new" kit that renault do and mine need replacing.
Does this kit have everything needed?

Nice. I like that, just not sure how strong it would be in a crash with pressure from the harness and seat. Did you use a standard M8 bolt or 7/16 unf?
I guess those go on top of the subframe with a washer on top of that?
I think the MSA guide and scrutineering say that it's best to have separate fixings for seats and harnesses.
Any chance someone could post photos of the inner (tunnel) mounting points as I need to be drilling them in soon.
Also are there any spreader plates that fit without needing to be cut down for the tunnel?
Thanks
