I'm looking into a road trip in Europe for two weeks this year as my Fiesta will have loads of miles i've paid for but not used on it, so what better way of using up excess miles than than going round Europe!

Any settings on there specific to your works network?
Check you are using DHCP for IP, default gateway and DNS.
If you are, try using the google DNS server.
Is there no pressure that can be issued from the finance company to get it resolved. The only thing that rattles in mine is the change in the glove box coin holders, I keep meaning to re-arrange it!
