hmm makes you wonder if the f4r swap is really worth it if going down the itb route... my old f7r itb'd clio made similar numbers around 225 bhp or so.. Amazing project though fella , car looks great

2.21 60ft so not amazing but still looks pretty nippy.... balance the car at 2.5k ish ...drop the clutch and then once ur in stage raise the clutch very slowly until you are holding the car on the biting point...whent the lights turn ease up the...
Sounds like your engine is a dud tbh , the valver head / cams certainly will be holding you back loads...a decent stripped out hybrid with a willy engine will shame a stnd 172, about a second difference down the 1/4 mile which is 5-6 car lengths...

but I do know how good a nice f7r is in a lightened valver you lose another 100kgs+ and it will be truely savage in the first...
