Monday about 1.30-2ish, i was sat eating my naughty maccys, hehe!!

So a few months ago i bought a new tv, my little girl played with the remote a couple of weeks ago and now this menu is at the side of screen and i cant get it off, I think its some kind of store demo. Any ideas how to get rid?? cheers in advance kirsten :)

everything always feels to far away, devon is a big county and i live in exeter. If petrols costs wernt so high id come to things , difficult when some of us are up here and some are right down bottom of cornwall.
