Menu keeps popping up on left side of tv...can't turn it off

So a few months ago i bought a new tv, my little girl played with the remote a couple of weeks ago and now this menu is at the side of screen and i cant get it off, I think its some kind of store demo.
Any ideas how to get rid??

You can download the manual for the 6000 series here. Page 7 is what you want.

To return the unit’s settings from Store Demo to Home Use
(standard): Press the volume button on the TV. When you see the
volume OSD, press and hold MENU for 5 sec.
