After a little more digging and checking electrical items it turned out to be the Fuel Pump relay had corroded and failed.
I found this by swapping over relays 4 & 5 in the engine fuse box and it sprang into life and then failed to start when I swapped back
1 x new 7700414484 relay ordered...

Made the mistake of doing the brake line first then trying to swap the shocks, pulled the new line...

Quick question, is there a good chance that the oil pooling in photo is coming from a bad Dephaser "Soleniod Sensor Seal" do these fail?
Is it really as simple as one bolt, lift solenoid out, pull seal out then back together?
Is this the part...
