We were in whitby today and i spotted a silver 172 driving past sainsbury's (think it was a 53 plate but cant be 100%). It was being closely followed by a red leon cupraR.
anyone on here?
If you paint the tyres aswell, it will look like your car is floating as you drive through the snow.
(Or it might just look like like youve painted your wheels and tyres white)
Looks good
I owned a blue st200 for a few months a couple of years ago. I loved it and it was only £1500, with 55k miles and fsh. Slight rust round the rear arches and a torn drivers seat bolster, but otherwise pretty mint. A lot of car for the money
Ah ok. Car looks great by the way. Has it been lowered at all? It looks like it going off the pics.
as for the rear wiper, im always using mine. Especially in this weather.
You might be right. i cleaned the whole thing. There is also a bit on the bottom which i cleaned aswell. after the going on i had getting it off, i just cleaned every bit of it, including obviously the pins, which were just as bad as the outside.
Looking good. You will have to let us know what you think of the cooksports once you get them on.
Good job on the interior too. Even though its stripped it still looks a nice place to be, which is something you don't usually see.
I finally got round to cleaning my crank sensor this weekend.
the car has had a bit of an intermittent start problem since ive had it. If you turned the key to start the car, sometimes it would turn over, stop, then turn over again and start. Other times it would turn over a couple of seconds...
Good stuff! Most these days have rust starting to set in in places, mainly on rear arches. My purple classic was rust free too but i looked at a few rusty ones before going for that one.
(Yes, it realy was that purple lol)
Looks like a really nice example.
i have had a few of these and my dad currently has a 1996 sti v-limited which he has owned since it was 5 years old.
got to love them in the good old red with gold wheels combo. How are the rear arches fairing rust wise?
