Normally the fork pads have hardened ends and is the pivot a bearing? I don't know about Clio gearboxes as i normally work on trucks lol!

I never lube the input shaft, because clutch dust sticks to grease then normal grease turns into grinding paste. Thats just my theory anyways...

I wouldn't bother re-drilling, i expect they are nut rivoted...so i you drill it out the hole nut will come out from inside the boot. To increase the load just use large strong washers. Does that make sense?

Just keep going until the new clean fluid come through...Its been a long time since bleed a set of brakes but i'd be surprised if you used a 1.5ltrs. Just keep the resivoir topped up all the time else your make more work for yourself.

I had a look at mine the other day, and I would have said they were M8 x 1.25, I doubt they are any bigger mate but you never know. M8 is the most common size though. I wouldn't know the length but probably not too long...
