Depends which one it is mate, if its a outer one I think they are quite easy to change.

I use DJ Purple Haze on my Monaco, I wash with their Supernatural shampoo and use Aquawax after every wash and its lasted 3months looks awesome when clean and beads brilliantly when rained on. Easy to use too, but then again I haven't used many to compare too. Ooooo, and it smells good :)

Join up mate and look in the For Sale section or place an ad in the wanted section. Silvervisions mate the headlights and tail lights look less orange and only cost about £15 on eBay. And a RS grille? But yeah, 172 Alloys would look good. What sound system you got in it? A decent one?

I think the lowest is normally 40mm before they recommend to change shocks, but that was on a standard car so i'm guessing a little higher with less weight in the back.

I've heard alot from Eibach Sportlines. Easy to fit too i've heard. No need for spring compressors.
