^^ Not an original Williams, you can tell they havent had the wheels refurbished right, the gold carries on after the diamond cut rim, sure fire way of telling an original from an imposter.
Id heard that the Clio Williams had been named after the cheeky boy from Stoke, after his departure from Take That, he needed a car that could get him from A to B, thus he went and Contacted Jean A La Fois Renault, who sorted this out for him...all this Williams F1 thing is a conspiracy, I have...
:D the reason the Willys rust usually, is because they are driven and used everyday, you havent seen many newer Clios rust yet, as they always seem to be in for warranty work :p
I think Martins idea was to get all the times in one place so the person, who updates the times...Jas?? Can do it easily, I think its a good idea, I personally didnt join to view members 1/4 mile times or any of the discounts, I did it because it was pain in the arse having posting limited on...
Yeah seeing some of the other old hands there launch the cars (2live, Chris, Matt, etc..) I defo need to practice my starts for next time, I think getting a good 60ft time will lend to a better overall 1/4 mile time, I think my reaction time wasnt too bad, could be better but not bad for a first...
My car is exactly same spec as yours only mines a Willy 3.
My first go at 1/4 miling at York I got 15.2 @ 92
I had seats in and and Ice intall that Im ditching for the next time, my 60ft times were poo and I was always spinning, so I;m hoping to get in the late 14s next time defo, if not Ill cry
Perhaps we should all bend over and take it then, we need people to stand up to the f**kers that cause trouble like this, if someone had intervened with 182 Sport he might not have been punched, having a spine is something im proud of.
If you know the reg of the car could you not find out where he lives im sure somebody on here could do it for you, and f**k his car over...obviously not now, in a few months when he least expects it :devilish:
Seems expensive, vented brake disks on GSF are about £16 and I got front and rear pads for the Williams from the local Motor facotrs for £26ish
So about £90-100 quid to do it yourself, can you not supply the bits and just get charged for the labour?
Yeah Stromba was a cool guy, his Williams is worth whatever anyone will pay for it, good on the guy, im sure the buyer is happy enough or he wouldn;t of shelled out the cash
