its the bloke jumping off the sand dune technique lol On a serious note it is fairly easy. As said ^^^^ you need a Tripod, camera....and a fast finger. On the count of 3...ask them to jump, run ,fly etc....just before launch off take a shot, then periodicalyy throughout the movement continue...

very shocked to be honest, Had my rear seat out the other day with the seat bar thingy in the boot......that thing weighs quite a bit. get yourself up at 5 am and go for a 5 mile run everyday....that will shift another 10 - 15 kg in a few weeks lol

yes at the min he has silver rims in severe need of a refurb. I thought black/anthracite would look nice. He has also got a set of Apex springs on the car....but you know me I had to drop it down even more. opinions??
