with the arguement on auto/manual focus who gives a poo when you have a 1D.....stick it on hi speed servo jobs a goo-un.
Real Photographers can handle any situation...newbs need the auto/programme blanket to hide under.
With this technical debate I was "assuming" as a newb...
she is probably doing a group photo..................in China
note on the canon lense - he has an XL-1 attached so he is getting 7x magnification from conventional film due to the size of the CCD on the XL-1.
When we attach an XL-1 to a NIKON 2000mm F11 with a x2 we can ID someone at...
I was inspired by a guy I met lastnight near my house.
He pulled up in the White EXIGE S2...after 30 mins chat he has almost certainly convinced me to get a S1 ELISE.
F11!!! more F2.8/4
All that aside if it is long exposures you are after get your ISO down as low as poss...100ISO.
And stick your NR filter on and open the lense wide as poss...should sort 95% of the problem.
Haven't a clue mate, just chucked D500 into google and it came up with a Samsung camera phone.
Did think I may be wrong as he said a 25 second exposure - and I am sure a phone can't do that???
defo noise mate.
I do lots and lots of low light photography...and this is very common.
It becomes more pronounced with extended exposures.
We tend to switch NR (noise reduction) when shooting over 5seconds.
NR - is a system inside the camera that rescans an image once taken, looking for these...
set my email up today....bloody brilliant
Using my standard BT address, and going through o2 mobile web.
I have all the setup instructions for a NOKIA E51 in an Email if anyone should need it.
Hope so.....I think Canon should go down the 64/128 bit sensor route...rather than upping the pixel count everytime.
Imagine a sensor capable of HDR ???
the words DSLR = AUTO....should never ever mix.....!!!
The moment you stick things in Auto...they have a mind of there own.
NO camera not even A mkll or D3 would cope with say a balloon back lit in the sky in P mode...unless you know what you are doing.
I said shutter priority + 250th/sec is...
it works much better on this one I agree.
Perhaps its because the Astra is approaching us the viewer rather than travelling across and out like the track car.
Also your depth of field on the Astra suits better, as we know it shows the subject has come from...rather than going to.
Anyway what...
I have BTinternet for emails on my mac etc...and assumed this is what I use on the phone too?
When in the house I can receive emails via my wifi router.
Pulling my hair out over this at the moment
