Norton is s**t, end of no questions asked! Why pay £40 a year when you can get something better for £15. I have used Kaspersky for years and never had a problem. When fixing people's computers i always install Microsoft security essentials as it is a good product, covers the basics whilst not...
They are renault guidelines for a reason. I'm not saying the belts won't be ok over the time/mileage guideline but that's the risk you take. For a 182 it's about £600 all in for belts etc so if you don't do it and they snap, then £600 for belts changed is going to sound like a better amount to...
UPDATE
I have finally got round to fitting the centre hanger for the K-Tec ultra performance exhaust. Had to be made specially as they don't sell them separately :( Only cost me £46 delivered, Oh K-Tec! Was a nightmare to take the original mount off as the bolts was stuck and you cant put to...
Yh my rear disc's and pads could do with changing. will later on down the line fit braided hoses and racing fluid. I could do it myself but i would it done so i can get the stamp in the book. I don't do that many miles so will be a while before it needs another service :)
Re: Insurance claim advise
Yeah was 5 months short of getting insured with Greenlight, otherwise it would of been less but had to go with admiral who charge extra for non fault claims! b******s
Yh coming from a 1.2 I knew the basics but the 182 is a whole new kettle of fish! Same as me then, learning fast :) the forums was the best £12 Investing when incomes to information about the clio. I got mine booked up BTM on the 29th for a full service, Fluids changed and a complete once over :)
Try keeping yourself as a main driver but try adding your parents (If they have lots of no claims and no points that it) My first car was £1900 but added them and it went down to £1100. Its something i suppose. As long as your the main driver your allowed to do it.
Lol fair enough. I considering ditching the cup springs and going for some eibach lowering springs to make it a little nicer in the corner, along with a PMS strut brace and top mounts :)
One thing you could do it just lower it but not declare it! This isn't the best option as it has the possibility of invalidating your policy but as long as it only slightly lowered you would be ok. Just don't deck it! Better option would be to just save all your money and use that to buy a Sport...
I went from a 1.2 16V to a 182! Best think I have ever done. Love every minute of it. You have to pay petrol anyways so it don't bother me. Feels so much nicer than the 1.2. Feels like your driving a car not a tin can. :)
If it was in the twentys then i would worry but not 36. Lowest i ever got mine was 19 but i was giving it death so it is understandable. best i ever got was 48 but that was 5th gear doing about 30mph. :)
