the fella on the phone didnt have a clue, he thinks its only a bolt that goes on to the shcoker piston top
but there one that was removed from my 16v was a disc/cup thing with a bit of rubber wraped around It and a bolt that was part of the disc cup...
use weights guide and slam it your self
just measure the desired height, its that simple!
you can only go so low till you run out of shock travel as i have found :(
