Yeah you will find a good example with belts done for £1500 :) Wouldn't recommend doing them yourself, it's not an easy job and requires specific locking tools.

Take the stereo out and make sure the yellow plug is connected. It sounds like someone has taken an aftermarket stereo out and not fitted the original back correctly

We've had it running for about a year now, two HP servers, two qnap 16 drive nas's (56tb of normal drives in total then 1tb of ssd space in raid for super fast image deployment in WDS) and a two networks (main visible network and then a network which spans between the servers and nas's for iscsi...
