I wouldn't recommend using semi slicks at this time of year when travelling down B roads like the OP. Yeah they'll be epic in the dry and not too bad in the wet. But if they are travelling down greasy back roads, they won't be up to much.
If your having no issues with them then just stick with them seeing as you'll still have 2 on the rear.
I'd prefer a matching 4 of decent tyres over 2 decent mixes of tyres.
That astra is fantastic!
What was the gsi? Usual spec of k04, vxr injectors, 80mm maf, 3inch exhaust and fmic? Need to get the bits too finish off mine and 300 it!
Megane looks smart! Were airtec good? I'm off down there in January to have some development work done.
Depends where you take it to be mapped. My mate just had his 197 done at rs tuning and it had awful flat spot from fitting new manifold and double decat, now its smooth right from 1k all the way to limiter.
If you fit manifold back with double decat it will need mapped. Once mapped though it will no longer have any flat spots and be pretty smooth.
No need to change fuel pump or injectors on a standard 197.
R1Rs are fantastic on the clios. Even great in the rain, I used mine on my daily 182 which done a 50 mile round trip to work and back every day and never had any issues with them and they got driven on very hard.
Although obviously this time of year, if the temperature does finally drop to cold...
Re: I decided not to fix a split brake pipe and am blaming the car for trying to kill
It was more a dig at the people who claim to drive like miss daisy everywhere and speeding harms children bla bla etc.
Re: I decided not to fix a split brake pipe and am blaming the car for trying to kill
Don't you know people buy Renault sports just to potter around in on here lolz.
I miss giving mine death constantly every day, suppose thats why it dropped a valve at high speed ha!
Re: I decided not to fix a split brake pipe and am blaming the car for trying to kill
lolz at it failing while racing, could of been a lot worse. Lucky really.
To be honest I doubt your going to notice the difference on the road switching from a 195 to a 205.
I'd just stick to 195, plenty of choice in that size.
These the ones your going for?

No idea about discount codes...
A friend has just had this fitted, it joined to the engine fine but it was maybe half an inch to short between where it ends and should join the next section of the exhaust so they had to pull the exhaust closer to join it and clamp it in place.
