Made a start on the door 'X's tonight, tedious isn't the word! Getting the angles right so that it's the same left to right is a mare. I used some gaffa tape to outline where the two smaller pieces needed to be, I only got round to making the one though. So 3/4 of one side done...

I happen to have a 172 engine'd Mk1 too, now unless I'm mistaken, my completely standard engine makes 172bhp, still never seen an F4R make book power?

Not quite to the same extent as the Clio Trophy with the Sachs suspension, but the Meg Trophy is a fully specced Ph1 225 with Cup chassis/wheels, Nimbus grey in colour which is exclusive to the Trophy, and only 500 made, 160 of which came to the UK. This is #449.

Yep turned 21 last month. Alot more reasonable than you might think for a Grp17, bang on 1k with 2ncb.

Picked it up yesterday and gave it a good going over today. Very very pleased so far and exactly whatI was looking for in a new runabout :D A few phone pics as I forgot my camera and it was getting dark. :)

Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project Do it, I love mine. Especially for fiddly little bits where I don't want to be pulling the shade down or nodding away, so much easier.
