I can't confirm, however genuine Renault discs with the bearings already in are about as cheap as you'll find.

Williams uses the same hubs as a 16v.

Good that it runs still. Get the gasket swapped, trying to seal it again is only delaying the inevitable. Gasket and headbolts aren't a great deal of money.
