Their not helicoils in the spacers, their steel inserts. They fit them as their even stronger than leaving the threads alloy. And also won't wear as easy as alloy threads will from removing and refitting.

From what I can gather the normal route is, meg engine, meg box, meg engine bay loom, meg ecu, meg driveshafts, meg auxiliaries, meg turbo.
Custom decat/or joining pipe from cat.
Custom boost pipes, Ktr do a set I think.
A custom smaller Intercooler.
Meg ecu can be made to work with clio...
Ping up a wanted thread and offer about a grand for them, (if you willing to spend that much of course) someone might be tempted by that.
Also keep your eye on eBay and 197.net, they do come up every now and then.
Very common fault. Mine are exactly the same. If you keep your eye on eBay the covers come up quite often. Another option is to get a pro to refurbish them, Steve@R-sport on here offers this service.
Have you tried taking the bleed nipple out and applying pressure on the brake pedal? If so and its not coming through try taking the pipe off at the calliper and see if it comes through, that will confirm if its a fucked calliper.

Just got to keep your eye on eBay, marketplace on here, 197.net, meganesport.net, gumtree, pistonheads etc. a complete kit doesn't come up that often. Another option is to buy a written off 225 for a donner.
