As for the water pump issue, it may have been made in 05 but it could of just sat on a Renault parts shelf for a few years until kris used it for the rebuild. Just a thought.

I think the reason you can't find them is because no one makes them with that much drop. Have you looked at any 197's with the H&R lowering springs fitted? They do give a decent drop and fill the arches nicely. If Your still intent on getting 60mm lowering springs, you may have to go custom...
