Jack the car up, stands under for safety. Have a nose around the downpipe and you'll see a round sensor poking out with a 22mm hex at the base of it, the other end plugs into the engine loom.
Adjust it with the clip so that your pedal's in a comfy position, and just have a quick check that when you have it fully depressed that the throttle body butterly is fully open. Simples.
Pretty much as above, work want me in all weekend (double time :)) and I 'need to seem more willing' according to the boss

Feels slow in comparison, but really really refined. Just a nice comfy sensible* road car which looks pretty at the same time. Feels very tight given the age and mileage too, so I'm happy :)
*ish.
LOL Comedy!
Car was spot on cheers Mark, not really a problem to report all weekend. Did about 300 track miles and 450 or so all together. Very pleased with it :)
Got a few tapes worth of video to sort through at some point, could be a while yet though.
Good pics Danny, plenty of mine. Was a top weekend as ever, such a laugh more than anything. I think the most impressive thing was Andy's transit breakdown truck tbh!
Yep, it'll be staying pretty much as it is. Standard airbox back on in place of the green cotton filter thing, wheels refurbed darker as white just isn't practical for me, then just enjoy it. It's so much nicer to drive than #1.
Then maybe another F4R when the time is right :o
Ali the optimist as ever...
Arches are perfect, sills are good, slight bit on the inside of the bootlid but thats fairly common.
I'm sure it'll have seen paint at some point as I'm fairly sure it's had the arches done. HPI clear :)
Ah! It's had plenty of former keepers so it's not too...
Was advertised on Clio16Valver, went down Cambridge way to fetch it :)
I was going to sell the Turini's to get some money back on the car, but I think they suit it so well. Anthracite refurb in order I think.
I agree on the rear plate. I got a normal size set with it but theyve got the GB...
Picked this up last night as my new runaround to go alongside my 172'd Valver track toy .
I sold my 182 a few months ago to fund my other Valver project, got a little TD Fiesta runabout and I got massively bored, so here I am 2 months later with Valver #2 :D
One of the cleanest about...
