Yeah the faces are covered in heat spots, and yeah I know it was probably caused by the pads being very hot whilst stationary and material transferring.

Thank you very much, the revolutions idea is quite interesting, and we have the ability to continually log the vehicle so i will look into the oil monitoring systems of modern cars.
Before we start this is not specifically F4R related and is something I have been asked to do by work.
We have data for:
Oil Pressure
Oil Temperature
Engine Revs
Road Speed
Vehicle Mileage
We do not have:
Previous oil change date
Vehicle recommended oil change intervals
or any servicing...
That makes sense, one of my uni lecturers told use to use pringles tins and said in previous years they made students see how far away from uni they could get and still connect to the wifi.
I have used these before, they seem to work well. plug one end into your router, plug the other in near where you use it, simple.
