What exactly do you need doing with the wiring?
Best speak to them direct, as I say they were / are renault approved so I would imagine someone there knows the wiring.

Part of the Hardings Group and are a Renault approved bodyshop whilst undertaking their own 'custom' work as well.
Had a few bits painted by them and the quality is great
Mine says FOC.
That said its gone in the recycling, they have done it once, and I'm as capable of closing a bonnet and slapping a bit of grease on the catch as I am of dressing myself everyday.
CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news - NEW DETAILS #1779
Parked next to a Clio 4 today, picture doesn't really show it well but there is quite a size difference.
As much as I don't like the new clio shape it really shows how dated the PH2 looks against modern cars.
There are exceptions which is why I said 'usually'.
Using your example of a cam belt, this is a check item for most manufacturers at each service and any abnormal wear would be addressed under warranty of course, however if the relevant checks are not done and it goes taking the engine out...
I would say you have slim to no chance of getting the Discs and Pads through a warranty claim.
Usually wear and year and in this instance will be classed as consequential.
That said unless you ask you won't know.
Fitting the manifold is not a 5 min job, if you are paying someone to fit it I'm sure there is a couple of hours labour involved.
You still keep a 172 exhaust system but need a Decat link pipe or Sport Cat to join it all up (Ktec sell them).
My 172 cup with RS2
You won't get 200bhp with the bits you have listed. For 200 you are going to need to look at ITB's and cams, RS2 and 197 cams or boost.
I believe Mike of MWM is looking at a limited run of RS2's if there is enough interest.
