I am undecided about which ones to get. I have a black mk2ph2 and am currently swinging towards the all black ones in either 15s for financial reasons or 16s for the looks. But now I am also considering the black ones with the silver lip but they are only available in 15s or 17s (15s FTW). Which...

silver 16V badges (thinking of going back to the black when it's colour coded) dynamique spoiler (didn't come with one for some reason) and rs grill, plus induction kit and ice

I was thinking of getting my 16v door badges on my mk2ph2 smoothed and colour coded. Does anyone know how easy it is to smooth them? And what are people's opinions on them?
won't get mine until march :(
does the camera actually look like 5mp? because my mate's samsung and nokia with the 5mp don't look as good as my 3.2mp on my k800

I had to get a new wiring loom fitted to my car after some electrical problems which meant the car wouldn't start. However the stealers have now found out that the wiring loom wasn't the problem but rather I need a new ecu! So I've got to pay £880! Thats for the wiring loom, the ecu, all labour...
bloody hell! thats made me happier then! i could've got it done cheaper by getting a second hand loom and fitting it myself thanks to my dad's work mates but that could take a week or so till i got the loom so thought i may as well spend the money.
its at the stealers now. getting a new wiring loom fitted, with labour and diagnosis costs plus vat all in for £295. a bit steep, but not that bad, plus i get it back tomorrow.
like i said above we've put silicon grease on the plug, which i'm going to top up tomorrow. i'm going to try and get a new plug, don't want to get a whole loom just to cut off a little bit.
we've removed the box. sometimes when i start the car i have to jiggle the plug around a bit and then it works fine. do you know if there is any way to fix this?
