if you want an accurate fuel guage - dont buy a Civic Type-R, its absolutely shocking!
I always found the trip computer in the cup to be very accurate.
Insurance = Problem tho John Im affraid. :(
I really should be reducing running costs, not increasing them! Must speak to the boss about that pay rise he promised me ;)
Thanks Brazo :)
Anyone had any experience of any / all the cars?
... in a straightline?
Can someone compare it to a Civic Type-R or a 172 / 182 / Cup etc. Not just figures, but it real terms i.e. it pulls 2 car lengths to 100 etc.
Much appreciated!
Alan
15kg - Ive changed my mind, If I get any 182, it will be a 182 with cup options.
I had a acid battery in the back of the car last night that probably weighed about as much as theyve shed from the 182!
Anyone got any of the 182 "Cup" pics, not Team. The Team logos look quite nasty!
I am SERIOUSLY considering one of these, it should bridge my gap between my old cup and my current Civic Type-R.
The dynamique seats - I though the 172 cup had these too, but with a different cloth on them? Not...
I really like the R32, but I dont know if Id get rid of a 182 to get one.
If I had no car and you asked me which one to go for, then Id opt for the Golf (Im a cliosport traitor - sorry!) ;)
further to my last post - the CTR will hold its value better, no two ways about it. Just take a look on autotrader, youre almost as well to buy a new one rather than one thats a year old.
The v6 looses a lot in its first year through deprecation. If you pick up a pre-reg one or a used one then...
