The one from the motor factors will be 100% wrong. Contact Adam at Renault wolverhampton (in the traders section) you will be surprised how cheap they are,or put a thread in the wanted section.

There is a seal if you have removed the whole housing off the side of the cylinder head!! Instant gasket or similar is whats used iirc. But if you have just removed the little bit that holds the thermostat thats bolted to the front of the housing , then the o-ring on the thermostat is enough..

Koni yellow shocks and eibach sportlines/cooksports is the best non coilover setup imo.

Iirc spax springs are cack linear wound things. You need a good set of springs with fresh shocks or good quality coilovers not the k-tec/ vmaxx tat! Then do what has been mentioned above sort out tyre pressures.;) ***edit just read above about saving for coilovers***

Had our Dci for just over a year now. Absolutley faultless bar a new egr valve and cps. Iirc its the torque increase when mapping that causes the gearbox issues could be wrong. They also like to leak where the boost pipe connects to the intercooler(offside). Good service history is a must...

Something not tight, adjusted to hard or the mount part has been assembled wrong..

If you buy new the 98ron map is included in the price ,but you still have to send a screen shot of ecu info along with the purchase order number to fastchip and Henk shall send you the map. It will be locked to your vin so it cannot be shared.

You will notice the difference and yep it is well worth it, if it is the newer type rstuner the map will not work ,as it is only compatible with the previous owners ecu. ​So you may need to purchase a new map.
