Hi, Had my cup about 6 months and done about 7,500 miles, my front tyres seem really scubbed, and grip in the wet is really bad! Not too great off the mark in the dry either! How soon have you replaced the front tyres and how much am I likely to pay for straight replacements to the contis...

4 beeps - so it thinks someone has tried to start the engine. Its an 03 Cup with no driver door lock so I can only lock the passenger door! Gonna put it in my Dads garage until I can get it to the dealer on Monday. Cheers for your help guys and anymore pearls of wisdom are most welcome!

My alarm keeps going off! After I lock the car, about 20 minutes later the alarm seems to go off for no apparent reason. When I then unlock the car, there’s a series of beeps which stop after about 7 seconds. I’m going out of my mind – can anyone help?

was down there on business this week and saw a CTR parked outside the travel inn in Kingswinford. The bottom of the number plate said "try and pass and Ill waste your ass" or words to that effect - pretty cheeky I thot! Shame I was down in a Xsara Picasso!

thats a scandal for insurance - ive got a cup and Im only 22! Im only paying £1300 with 2 young drivers + dad - Ive only had my license 18 months!!! Got a 5 yr NCB with Vauxhall tho - just so that they would keep my business - why not try them - you dont need a vaux. to use em.

getting between 35 & 40 depending on how Im driving;) The car has done just over 700 miles.

picked it up 10 days ago. Live in west central scotland, 22 with £1300 ins (2 young drivers +1) 5 yrs NCB (Vauxhall Ins. Retention Bonus!!! - only really got 1 year NCB) Done 500 (ish) miles.

anyone tried em in the wet and sh*te of british roads? The cup has a major problem with traction in the wet before you even change the tyres - demon in the dry tho! ;)
